How long does it take for my account to be made?

After you purchase your login details will be e-mailed to you. Please allow up to 1 hour. All setup instructions will be in the e-mail you receive after purchase. Please check your junk mail.

What devices are supported?

Media One can be used Amazon Firestick, Firet TV, Apple Iphone, Android Phone, Android Box, Internet Browsers, Mac & PC, Xbox One, PS4, Samsung or LG TV, (select TV models), Nvidia Shield, Formuler Devices, MAG Devices, STB Emulator, Perfect Player, and any M3U player applications. We also have our own dedicated Android apps.

Is a VPN Required?

No, a VPN is not required. Most customers don’t need a VPN, you may need one if your ISP is blocking you (UK Customers)

How many devices can I use Media One on?

As many as you want! Max up to 8 connections concurrently. Depends on the package you purchase.

How do I setup Media One on my device?

Navigate to the top of this page and click on Setup. You can also refer to your order email.

Does Media One have adult content?

Yes, currently we have 60+ adult channels. Can be added upon request. Parental controls available.

What Internet speed do I need?

We recommend a minimum 15+ Mbps connection speed to stream with minimal issues.

How can I add a MAC address?

Visit the customer dashboard at this link Client Dashboard
Then click “Active” then “IPTV Service Details”
Add your MAC and hit save!

Does Media One worlk on Roku?

Unfortunately we do not support Roku at this time.
